Emanate is an Australian-owned commercial furniture and fit-out specialist delivering performance-driven environments across corporate, health, education and retail sectors nationwide.

From our manufacturing facility in Kogarah, Sydney, supported by showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne, we maintain direct control over production, quality and delivery.

Established in 2002, Emanate remains independently owned and actively led by its Managing Director. Our leadership team is directly involved in client relationships and project delivery, ensuring clear communication, fast decisions and accountability at every stage.

Interstuhl is one of Europe’s leading seating manufacturers, with a global reputation for engineered ergonomic performance.

Emanate has held an exclusive Australian market partnership with Interstuhl since 2005, strengthening our capability in high-performance workplace seating.

Founded in 1961 and operating internationally with over 1,000 employees, Interstuhl combines German engineering precision with rigorous durability standards. Their seating systems are designed to support long-term ergonomic health across corporate, education and specialist environments.

For our clients, this partnership means access to globally proven seating solutions, supported locally through Emanate’s specification, project management and delivery expertise.

Walter Knoll Partnership

Walter Knoll is internationally recognised for precision craftsmanship, material integrity and refined commercial design.

Through our partnership, clients gain access to German-engineered furniture solutions supported by local Australian manufacturing. Walter Knoll’s Adelaide facility is the only production site outside Germany, allowing international design standards to be delivered with local responsiveness and supply certainty.

This alignment strengthens Emanate’s ability to deliver premium, performance-driven environments where detail, material quality and execution matter.

Our design process is structured to remove uncertainty before manufacturing or installation begins.

Shop Drawings
Detailed shop drawings are developed to confirm dimensions, integration points and technical requirements early in the process. This clarity reduces site risk, protects programme timelines and ensures alignment between design intent and final delivery.
3D Renders
Where required, we produce high-quality 3D renders to support visualisation and stakeholder approval. These renders assist clients in assessing spatial relationships, material selections and overall fit-out cohesion before commitment.
By integrating technical documentation with visual modelling, we ensure decisions are informed, coordinated and commercially sound – resulting in smoother delivery from concept through to installation.

Local manufacturing is central to how we operate.

From our Kogarah facility, we produce custom commercial furniture with direct oversight of quality, specification and scheduling. This level of control allows us to respond quickly, manage programme pressures and deliver with certainty.

Our production process is structured and transparent. Materials are carefully selected for durability and compliance, and every stage – from procurement through to final assembly – is monitored by experienced professionals.

Manufacturing locally is not simply about origin. It reduces supply chain risk, shortens lead times and ensures accountability sits with us, not offshore suppliers.

Install and Fit Out

Our experienced installation team operates within live site conditions and builder programmes, overseeing delivery, assembly and final placement with precision. The result is a clean, coordinated handover without unnecessary disruption.
